dock within 3 working
days of when we receive
it. Once in a while, an
item is temporarily out
of stock... but, in that
case we will notify you

Errors:
We do our
best to make sure the
correct price, photo and
copy are shown here at
http://www.aasurplus.com/.
Sometimes, however, we
do make a mistake. In
the event of any such
mistake, we reserve the
right to charge the
correct price, to ship
the correct item, or
correct the mistake.
However, you will be
notified at the time of
shipment of your order.
Returning
Merchandise:
Since many
surplus items are used,
once in a while an item
might not be what you
anticipated, or be the
wrong size... please
print or hand copy our
return form and send it
along with the returned
item (post paid), with
stated reason for
return, and what you
would like us to do. We
will exchange damaged or
wrong sized items for no
extra charge. For
refunds, we will charge
a 20% re-stocking fee.
Refunds or credits to
your account will be
handled quickly, usually
within 4 weeks of the
time that you send us
the item. Also, if you
have a problem with the
item, please return
within 7 days upon
receipt of goods, as AA
Surplus will not refund
or exchange an item
beyond that period of
time.
Heavy/Bulk Items
Some items such
as ammo cans, shipping
or storage containers,
gas cans, tents and tarp
products and most steel
products require
additional shipping
charges.
Back Orders
For your
convenience, small back
orders will be
automatically cancelled.
Orders paid by cashiers
check or money order
will be refunded
immediately. Credit Card
orders are cancelled
with no charges billed.
Legal

cannot know in their
entirety, local state
and federal regulations
regarding our products.
When you order products
from us that may have
restrictions, you
warrant to us that you
are a legal adult, have
no legal disabilities,
and that you are in
compliance with all
local, state and federal
laws.
Prices,
availability, colors and
other specifications are
subject to change
without notice. If it is
necessary to substitute
an item, the substitute
will be of equal or
better quality and
value, only slightly
different from the
description. There may
occasionally be mistakes
or errors in our list of
products, and we reserve
the right to correct the
error or withdraw the
offer.

lists of our customers
to any group or
individual. We feel that
the privacy of our
customer is very
important, and all
information given to us
by those stated
customers will remain
private.
